Through a single digital entry point on Beci.be, aspiring entrepreneurs can now choose the most suitable path for their project and complete key administrative procedures online with significantly less complexity.
What Happened
Starting a business often requires navigating multiple organizations, forms, and administrative procedures. To address this challenge, Beci, Partena Professional, and Beldoc have joined forces to create a simpler and more connected experience for entrepreneurs.
Through Beci.be, entrepreneurs can now choose between two routes depending on their project
Fast Lane by Partena Professional for individuals launching as self-employed professionals.
Beldoc for entrepreneurs establishing a company, providing a guided digital process that centralizes the preparation of incorporation documents and coordinates the required legal steps with notaries.
Both paths are available from a single entry point, with in-person support also accessible at 500 Avenue Louise for entrepreneurs who prefer it.
The partnership is built on the "only once" principle promoted by Beci – meaning entrepreneurs submit their information once, rather than repeating the same steps across multiple institutions.
